Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Patty Pantry. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (effective 2026-03-25).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

The service

Patty Pantry helps households plan groceries, track pantry items, and manage receipts. Features may change. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of prices, nutrition, or allergy information.

Grocery purchasing is not automated in the current product; you approve plans and shop yourself.

Household data

You are responsible for information you enter about your household, including other members' names or allergies. Only invite people who agree to share household data with you.

AI features

AI-generated suggestions may be incorrect. Verify allergens, quantities, and prices before shopping. AI features may send data to third-party providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate law or others' rights.
• Attempt to access another household's data or probe our systems.
• Upload malware or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer the service except where law permits.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal or state consumer protection law requires otherwise.
